All part of a national tour to find America's HopChef!
Featuring a full tasting of a broad spectrum of Ommegang brews paired with culinary creations from Boston's top chefs including Kyle Stamps (Coda Bar & Kitchen), Jeff Howe (Teatro), Julie Cutting (Cure), Johnny Sheehan (New World Tavern), Alex Jenkins (Foundry on Elm) and Brian Reyalt (Franklin Cafe)! Each chef will create one dish showcasing their imaginative beer and food pairing skills. The dishes, each paired with a specific Ommegang beer, will be served to a panel of judges and attendees to taste and score.
Tickets include samples of each chef’s signature dish and accompanying Ommegang beers as well as a commemorative Brewery Ommegang glass. A prestigious panel of judges that includes Will Blunt (StarChefs,) Marian White (BostInno), Chris Furnari (Brewbound), Neil Witte (Master Cicerone) and Farideh Sadeghin (Saveur), will be on-site to award HopChef Boston!
